What has changed in the quote
The O-series narrow-chassis configuration is listed as a separate line item. The entire specification depends on two dimensions: overall width and overall height. Both are verified against the row the machine must pass through, not based on a general model description.
For dealers, the key difference is that the configuration list now displays the narrow axle setting and its corresponding tire combination. Production orders follow this list, reducing the risk of mismatches between demo units and delivered vehicles.
Measure before ordering
Row width alone isn't enough. Canopy height, trunk spacing, and headland depth all determine whether a tractor can turn at the end of the row without hitting trees. A brief measurement sheet included with your inquiry prevents follow-up questions.
The first three measurements we require are: clear row width at the narrowest point, available height under the lowest branch, and turning area at the headland. With these values, the model list typically narrows to one or two configurations.
Implementing the plan
The narrow configuration adjusts the maximum implement width for safe operation. A mower or sprayer compatible with the open-field model may extend beyond the row on the orchard chassis, so the implement is matched to the tractor simultaneously.
Quotations therefore list the tractor and implement together, showing the working width for each. If the dealer already owns implements, the hitch category and PTO speed of the existing equipment are verified before the order is placed.
First batch order sequence
The first batch is typically produced once the measurement sheet and implementation list are finalized. Inspection photos are captured for this configuration, and the packing list specifies which implement belongs to which machine.
For repeat orders, the same configuration list is reused; the second batch does not restart the specification discussion.
