Checklist Coverage
The inspection checklist covers items prone to transit damage: painted edges, guards, labels, and accessory fitment. Each item is photographed before packing, and the photo set accompanies the packing list.
The goal is not to replace the dealer's arrival inspection, but to provide both parties with a consistent reference for the vehicle's condition when it left the workshop.
Paint and Guard
Paint is inspected at the edges, under the hood, and around the linkage—areas where handling damage typically appears first. Guards are checked for proper fitment and fastener security, as a loose guard poses both transport risks and safety hazards.
If a machine is equipped with a loader frame or additional remote valves, the areas around these fittings are photographed separately.
Labels and controls
Safety labels, control markings, and the model plate are verified against the ordered language and target market. A machine built for one market must not arrive with labels intended for another.
Controls are operated through their full range during inspection, and results are recorded on the same sheet as visual checks.
Accessory fitment and approval
Implements, PTO shafts, and loose parts are verified against the packing list and photographed with their machine reference. The signed checklist is then attached to the shipment file.
Dealers can request specific inspection points before production begins. These points are added to the order checklist and retained in the shipment record.
