Why matching occurs before packing
An implement that looks correct on paper can still be wrong upon arrival if the hitch category, PTO shaft length, or lift capacity doesn't match your tractor. Fixing this after shipment costs dealers more and delays customers.
Matching is handled within the quotation. The tractor model is selected first, then the implement is validated against it, and both appear on the same configuration list.
The three checks
First, select the hitch category and pin size. A Category I implement requires an adapter when used with a Category II hitch, which alters the implement's working position.
Second, PTO shaft length. The distance between the tractor PTO and the implement gearbox determines the required shaft length and the remaining overlap when the implement is lowered.
Third, lift capacity at the linkage. A wide tiller or a loaded trailer tongue can exceed the lift capacity of a smaller chassis, even when engine power seems sufficient.
Packing List Contents
Each implement is listed alongside the machine it was paired with, including all fixings and the supplied PTO shaft. The loading plan follows the same pairing so dealers can identify which crate belongs to which tractor before opening the container.
When a dealer orders implements for tractors already in the field, the implement is listed separately with the existing tractor model and confirmed hitch and PTO details.
