A spring window with no space for commissioning
Land preparation is time-sensitive: equipment must operate immediately after unloading, as the planting window is fixed. Any mismatch between tractor and tiller results in day-long delays.
The requirement was therefore specified as a matched set rather than a list of individual machines, with the implement pairing finalized prior to production.
Match tillage width to engine power
The contractor planned to use a wide tiller on heavy soil, so implement width was selected first, then tractor power was verified accordingly. Lift capacity and PTO rating were also checked at the same time.
PTO shafts were supplied at the correct length for the selected pairing, and the packing list documented which shaft belongs to each machine.
Inspection and loading sequence
Inspection photos captured the hitch area, PTO guard, and tiller blades, with each implement photographed against its machine reference. The loading plan followed the same pairing.
Upon arrival, the contractor could match crates to machines directly from the packing list, streamlining handover before the first field visit.
